The designs I'd most like to see ported to WP would be Blue Clean, Simple Portfolio, and Light Blog. Blue Clean is elegantly simple. Simple Portfolio looks like the same basic design, just snazzed up a bit. And Light Blog looks fabulous. If I were using it, though, I'd want the ability to change the header image(s) depending on which page I'm on. (It's way too big if it's going to be the same on every page, in my opinion.) So when a block is completed its uploaded then we can both have real time input.
